Should I Have More Cash?

The Answer Is Personal

Investing is for the long-term.

We build portfolios to withstand some of the market downside through prudent, balanced asset allocation and a sector rotation strategy; strategies that are based on your stated risk tolerance and financial goals. We’ve been making adjustments to portfolios to reposition given the current volatility, including raising cash to have ready when new opportunities avail themselves.

Investing is also personal.

If a larger cash position would make you feel more balanced in this market environment, it’s something we should discuss. Our goal is that when fear and volatility subside, the moves we make now will seem prudent in hindsight.
